welcome to a training space where each piece of equipment was intentionally and carefully selected to maximize the impact of your hard work and to minimize your risk of injury, because no one has time to be injured. period.

our programs

private training

$80/hour

dedicated and focused attention on you. how you move, your progress, your goals - all are center stage. invite a friend and the cost drops to $45/person. a great option if you are new to strength training, recovering from an injury, or have special schedule needs.

group training

$240/8 classes per mo. or $350/12 classes per mo.

group training is a great way to leverage the accountability of a group, yet still receive individual attention and programming when the situation requires it. enrollment is limited for each class and advance sign up is required.

about amy

a lifelong athlete (from being the only girl on the soccer team in 3rd grade, through division 1 lacrosse and field hockey at princeton, to qualifying for the boston marathon, with a couple of age-group victories at the annapolis ten-miler thrown in), amy has the experience and knowledge (and injury history) to help you on your strength training journey. she’ll meet you with compassion for where you are and the ability to help you get to where you want to be, whether that’s in a personal training setting or in one of her group training classes. she’s a geek for human movement with a passion for checking out far-flung and interesting gyms…. and she’d love to work with you.
